Module overview

Support routine maintenance, backups, configuration and application housekeeping. This module is intended to provide a structured, traceable workflow while keeping the information available to authorised users at the point of work.

Typical functional scope: master data, transaction processing, validation, search, history, reporting and controlled administrative access as applicable to the organisation.

What the module can manage

The final scope can be configured according to the organisation's procedures, approval levels, forms, registers and reporting requirements. The module should maintain consistent master data and preserve transaction history wherever auditability is required.

Reports & information

Relevant operational lists, summaries, registers and management reports can be generated from the module. Reports can be designed around the organisation's actual reporting formats rather than forcing a generic template.

Integration with the IMS

This module is designed as part of the wider Softalaya Information Management System. Related modules can share approved master data and transaction information so that the same information does not need to be repeatedly entered.

Administration & control
